The past couple days Amanda and I have been experimenting with some cooking.

We bought a whole lot of groceries and there was a lot of squash out on the shelves so I picked up some. Tonight I fried the squash with just 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.  Used about a tsp of garlic salt. And fried it until blackness appeared on both sides, just like back home.  That was really really good, something you can't find in a restaurant around here.

Amanda and I have been watching every episode of the office on tv and found a look alike that we know of in real life.
